通过政策与环境评价指标体系的设计，采用利克特5点取值量化方法，综合运用因子分析与模糊综合评判法，以江西省种稻大户为研究对象，研究种粮大户对粮食扶持政策与市场环境因素的认知与满意程度。研究结果表明，种稻大户对粮食扶持政策与市场环境因素的满意程度均不理想，其中对粮食市场的满意度低于政策满意度，根据此结论提出了加强政策服务、改善市场环境的政策建议。
通過政策與環境評價指標體繫的設計，採用利剋特5點取值量化方法，綜閤運用因子分析與模糊綜閤評判法，以江西省種稻大戶為研究對象，研究種糧大戶對糧食扶持政策與市場環境因素的認知與滿意程度。研究結果錶明，種稻大戶對糧食扶持政策與市場環境因素的滿意程度均不理想，其中對糧食市場的滿意度低于政策滿意度，根據此結論提齣瞭加彊政策服務、改善市場環境的政策建議。

By designing the evaluating index system of policies and the market environment, adopting the Likert 5 point quantitative analysis, and using comprehensively factor analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, this paper studied the big rice planters＇ cognition and satisfaction degree on supporting policies. The result showed the market environment factors were not high, and the satisfaction degree at the grain market was lower than that at the policies. On the basis of this conclusion, the paper suggested that the policies support should be strengthened and the market environment should be improved.
