This thesis mainly analyses the concept of the rhythm in the table tennis game, discussed this complex situation from three aspects, the characteristics, the influencing factors and how to control the rhythm through the literature, videos and logic analysis, so get the conclusions of the influencing factors and the controlling method and pay attention to the rhythm of the controlling training from the technique, tactes and psychology three aspects.
