以科学发展观为指导，促进我院全面、协调、可持续发展，对校训、校园文化建设提出了更高要求。采用文献综述、专家访谈等方法，明确了校训、校园文化建设的功能与意义，对我院校训、校园文化建设的基本情况及存在的问题进行调查研究，提出了加强校训、校园文化建设的对策。

Taking tht scientific development idea as the direction to promote the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of the institute, it brings up higher standard for school motto and the construction of campus culture. It used the ways of literature review, expert interviews etc. to definite the function and the meaning of school motto and the construction campus culture ; to investigate the basic situation and the problems of them; to present the strategagies for strengthening the construction of campus culture.
