However, because of the lag of social insurance legislation, social insurance auditing work still has some problems. The government needs to speed up the progress of social insurance legislation, improve relevant laws and regulations and strengthen inter - regional, strengthen the responsibility of the government, inter - sectoral collaboration, in order to make social insurance auditing work improve the social insurance fees collected timely and rightly, safeguard legitimate rights and interests of insured persons, prevent the outflow of funds and ensure the safe operation of the funds.
