研究表明，发展农产品加工业与促进农民增收的关联度显著。当前，西部省区农产品加工行业规模小、加工链条短、产品附加值低，成为影响农民增收的重要障碍。为此，西部省份可以立足当地特色农产品的资源优势，通过组建农产品专业合作组织、发展壮大龙头企业、规范农企利益联结机制等途径，对特色农产品资源进行深度开发加工，增加农产品附加值及竞争力。并通过相关产业带动，最终促进西部农民收入的稳定增加。
研究錶明，髮展農產品加工業與促進農民增收的關聯度顯著。噹前，西部省區農產品加工行業規模小、加工鏈條短、產品附加值低，成為影響農民增收的重要障礙。為此，西部省份可以立足噹地特色農產品的資源優勢，通過組建農產品專業閤作組織、髮展壯大龍頭企業、規範農企利益聯結機製等途徑，對特色農產品資源進行深度開髮加工，增加農產品附加值及競爭力。併通過相關產業帶動，最終促進西部農民收入的穩定增加。

Researches have demonstrated that the development of produce processing industry can promote the increase of the farmer＇ s income. However, in West China, small scale and short chain in processing industry, and low product added value all have seriously affected the increase of the farmer＇ s income. Considering the situation, provinces in West China are expected to exploit their resource advantages, to promote the processing industry of fea- tured produce, to increase the added value and competitiveness of produce so as to incrcase the farmer＇s income, along with the practical measures of specialized cooperation organization of produce, leading enterprise promotion, and benefit mechanism of joint agricultural enterprises.
