集体建设用地入市流转是我国经济发展的必然要求,在某些经济发达地区已不可遏止。然而,由于当前的法律法规对集体建设用地的限制使其在流转中产生许多矛盾和问题,因此,解决农村集体建设用地在人市流转中的法律法规问题成为当务之急。从当前集体建设用地人市流转的法律空间及可行性入手,提出有关集体建设用地入市流转的法理思考。
集體建設用地入市流轉是我國經濟髮展的必然要求,在某些經濟髮達地區已不可遏止。然而,由于噹前的法律法規對集體建設用地的限製使其在流轉中產生許多矛盾和問題,因此,解決農村集體建設用地在人市流轉中的法律法規問題成為噹務之急。從噹前集體建設用地人市流轉的法律空間及可行性入手,提齣有關集體建設用地入市流轉的法理思攷。

Rural collective constructive land marketization is the necessary requirement for the economic development, in some areas, it is not hold back. However, because of the restrictions for the collective constructive land, there are many contradictions and issues during transference of collective land, so it is urgent affair to solve the rule of law about the transference of collective constructive land. Starting with the space of law and feasibility of transference, come up with the suggestions about the transference of collective constructive land.
