本文通过对传统儒学经典的主题化解读,一种建基于德性之上,又为了德性之生长和表现的中国传统的“儒学教师观”诞生了——教师即“道德创造家”、教师即“个人”、教师即“终身学习者”、教师即“批判性公共知识分子”。这对重新思考、检讨我国当前教师教育中,过于注重教师作为“技术”抑或作为“实践”的训练,而忽视教师的价值倾向、漠视教师个人经验等问题,将有所裨益。
本文通過對傳統儒學經典的主題化解讀,一種建基于德性之上,又為瞭德性之生長和錶現的中國傳統的“儒學教師觀”誕生瞭——教師即“道德創造傢”、教師即“箇人”、教師即“終身學習者”、教師即“批判性公共知識分子”。這對重新思攷、檢討我國噹前教師教育中,過于註重教師作為“技術”抑或作為“實踐”的訓練,而忽視教師的價值傾嚮、漠視教師箇人經驗等問題,將有所裨益。
본문통과대전통유학경전적주제화해독,일충건기우덕성지상,우위료덕성지생장화표현적중국전통적“유학교사관”탄생료——교사즉“도덕창조가”、교사즉“개인”、교사즉“종신학습자”、교사즉“비판성공공지식분자”。저대중신사고、검토아국당전교사교육중,과우주중교사작위“기술”억혹작위“실천”적훈련,이홀시교사적개치경향、막시교사개인경험등문제,장유소비익。
This article explains the traditional Confucian classics' subject. Chinese traditional " Confucianism Teacher View" that bases on the morality is formed, which for development and performance of morality. Teacher is moral creator, teacher is individual, teacher is life-long learner and teacher is critical public intellectual. Confucianism teacher view is bestead for re-considering and testing the issues that emphasized overly to training of teacher as technology or teacher as practice but neglected the value tendency and personal experience of teacher.
