China Korea operation of life-long education comparison lesson
中韩两国都经历了农业型国家社会发展阶段,但目前两国在终身教育经营环境建设、终身教育经营运行机制、终身教育经营理论水平、终身教育经营专门人才储备等方面存在较大差距。中国应积极汲取韩国经验,一要以终身教育理念为先导;二要以社区教育为基本途径,以终身经营机关为基本单元;三要以终身教育经营理论为指导,以终身教育经营专门人才培养为关键;四要以终身教育法为保障;五要重视终身教育经营活动,逐步构建终身教育体系,形成社会化、学习化的学习网络。

Both China and Korea have experienced a social stage of depending on agriculture. However, a comparative study of the present operations of life long education in the two countries shows that China has fallen behind in the respects of training environment, operational mechanism, theory construction and personnel reserve. It is necessary for China to draw lessons from Korea's experience and pay more attention to the following points. 1. the idea of life long education must be popularized first; 2. as the basic units, operational institutions concerned should encourage community-level education; 3. theories must be applied and emphasis must be put on personnel cultivation; 4. life long education must be safeguarded by laws; 5. activities should be systemized so that a socialized, learning network will form at last.
