由美国次贷危机引发的国际金融危机在亚太地区主要有两大影响：一是世界政治经济权力中心加快向亚太转移，力量更趋均衡的美中日之间的合作在加强，逐步成为亚太经济复苏和政治稳定的基础；二是合作、协调成为金融危机期间亚太区域的主旋律，“10＋3”的合作在深化，同时APEC框架内的合作也再次引起重视。在此背景下，如何重新思考APEC和“10＋3”的战略定位，促进二者间的互动，特别是中国将在其中采取何种对策是一个值得深思的问题。
由美國次貸危機引髮的國際金融危機在亞太地區主要有兩大影響：一是世界政治經濟權力中心加快嚮亞太轉移，力量更趨均衡的美中日之間的閤作在加彊，逐步成為亞太經濟複囌和政治穩定的基礎；二是閤作、協調成為金融危機期間亞太區域的主鏇律，“10＋3”的閤作在深化，同時APEC框架內的閤作也再次引起重視。在此揹景下，如何重新思攷APEC和“10＋3”的戰略定位，促進二者間的互動，特彆是中國將在其中採取何種對策是一箇值得深思的問題。

The global financial crisis which result from the U.S. subcredit takes great influence on the world politics and economy, there are two appearance in Asia-Pacific region, one is the new trends in the political and economic structure of Asia-Pacific. The world political and economic power center transfers to the Asia-Pa- cific more rapidly, the mighty arrangement among U. S. , China and Japan becomes more balance, and their co- operation, which is promoting, puts base for the economic recovery and political stability of Asia-Pacific. An- other is the deeply cooperation in Asia-Paci fic and East Asia. Cooperation and coordinate is the theme during the financial crisis, thus the cooperation among ＂10 Jr 3＂ deepen, especially in financial cooperation, and the Asia-Pacific nations emphasis on the cooperation in the frame of APEC again. So, we should renew the strategic orientation of APEC and ＂10＋3＂, and enhance the interaction between them, especially think over how the China＇s so- lution to confront this situation.
