本文以IT外包关系质量作为中介变量，构建了企业IT治理能力与IT外包绩效的关系，以及IT治理能力对IT外包绩效影响的理论模型，并以上海地区的154个企业为实证样本，采用结构方程模型对理论模型和研究假设进行检验，最后对模型三个变量之间的关系，以及IT治理能力对IT外包绩效的影响机理进行了分析。本研究为企业提高IT外包绩效提供了新视角和思路。

Based on previous studies on IT governance, IT outsourcing and outsourcing relationships, the study proposes a concept model of the effect of IT governance capability on IT outsoureing success using outsourcing relationship as mediator and some relative hypothesis. The concept model and the hypotheses are verified by empirical research, which is conducted by the survey of 154 enterprises with different IT outsourcing content and degree in china ShangHai district. Data are analyzed by statistics software tools SPSS and Structural Equation Model software AMOS14. At last, the relationship between the tree elements and the mechanisms that the capability of IT governance affects IT outsoureing and the outsoureing relationship are analysed.
