产业转移本质上是现有生产能力、资源要素在空间上的流动与重构。金融危机的爆发对要素流动重组的频率、规模和结构产生着重要影响,从而改变了产业转移与承接的外部环境。文章以中部地区的典型代表——江西省为研究对象,分析了金融危机背景下承接产业转移的新动态与新特征,并提出了相应的政策建议。

Industrial transfer is essentially a movement in space or reconstruction of existing production capacity and resources.The outbreak of the financial crisis will have an important effect on the frequency,size and structure of the factor movement and reorganization,which will thus change the external environment of industrial transfer and take-in.This paper analyzes the new developments and new features of industrial transfer and take-in in Jiangxi province which is the typical representative of the central region in the context of the financial crisis,and gives some corresponding policy recommendations.
