以人为本是科学发展观视域内的“人”的出场路径。这不仅是对马克思人的学说的坚持和发展，也是在总结我国改革开放和现代化建设的经验教训，吸收国内外社会发展的理论与实践的经验教训的基础上形成的，同时也是党的几代领导集体在现代化发展过程中对人的问题的深刻反思与追问所做出的选择。在科学发展观的视域内，以人为本、人的全面发展是其本质和核心。
以人為本是科學髮展觀視域內的“人”的齣場路徑。這不僅是對馬剋思人的學說的堅持和髮展，也是在總結我國改革開放和現代化建設的經驗教訓，吸收國內外社會髮展的理論與實踐的經驗教訓的基礎上形成的，同時也是黨的幾代領導集體在現代化髮展過程中對人的問題的深刻反思與追問所做齣的選擇。在科學髮展觀的視域內，以人為本、人的全麵髮展是其本質和覈心。
이인위본시과학발전관시역내적“인”적출장로경。저불부시대마극사인적학설적견지화발전，야시재총결아국개혁개방화현대화건설적경험교훈，흡수국내외사회발전적이론여실천적경험교훈적기출상형성적，동시야시당적궤대령도집체재현대화발전과정중대인적문제적심각반사여추문소주출적선택。재과학발전관적시역내，이인위본、인적전면발전시기본질화핵심。
The people-centered principle is the wayout for people in Scientific Outlook on Development. This is actually the adherence to and development of the Marxist theory about human being; it is also the result of our summarization about the experiences and lessons of our reform and opening-up and our references to the theories and practices of social de- velopment both at home and abroad;and it is also the choice made by the generations of our Party from their profound reflec- tions on issues about human being in the process of modernization. In Scientific Outlook on Development, to put people first and develop human being in an overall way is its essence and key point.
