2005年7月21日汇改后人民币汇率的升值趋势和双向波动特征，给中国进出口企业经营带来了很大的影响，如果不能成功应对，中国进出口企业在国际市场上的比较优势利益将无法实现。只有充分认识和重视汇率波动对企业的影响，才能采取相应的措施，使中国进出口企业在汇率日益波动的背景下立于不败之地。

Since July 21, 2005, China reforms exchange rate regime by moving into a managed floating exchange rate regime based on market supply and demand with reference to a basket of currencies. Under RMB appreciation trend and floating range expansion, import and export enterprises confront with a heavy blow and are losing relative advantages. Based on the commentary of Theory on the Impact of Exchange Rate Fluctuation to Enterprises, this paper reveals complexity and diversity of the impacts as well as challenges and risks of Chinese enterprises are facing. Only when enterprises are fully aware of foreign risks and take appropriate measures, will China＇s import and export enterprises get success under increasing volatility of exchange rates.
