研究对象是西南地区的成年人179名(汉族),其中专业运动员89人(举重23人,跳水29人,水球37人),优秀运动员(健将级)35人。无创提取受检者13腔黏膜基因组DNA,PCR扩增、电泳后,用凝胶成像系统分析ACTN3基因的多态性。结果:1.汉族普通人群组ACTN3基因型频率分别为:RR型0.3444、RX型0.5000、XX型0.1556,经Hardy—Weinberg平衡检验,达到遗传平衡(X2=0.1232,P=0.7256),提示所选人群的资料对总人群具有代表性。2.运动员的ACTN3基因型频率分别为:举重运动员RR型0.2609、RX型0.6522、XX型0.087,跳水运动员RR型0.3448、RX型0.5517、XX型0.1034,水球运动员RR型0.4595、RX型0.324、XX型0.2162;差异具有统计意义(P〈0.05)。优秀举重运动员中没有XX型,优秀跳水运动员中XX型占4.55%,而优秀水球运动员中XX型占11.11%,提示ACTN3蛋白的存在或缺乏与中国运动员不同运动技能的发展有一定关系。结论:ACTN3基因多态性分析对中国优秀运动员的选拔和培养有一定参考价值。

179 athletes of Han nationality including 89 professional ones and 35 talent ones are taken as the research subject. Their DNA is extracted with oral mucosa -swab kit. The ACTN3 polymorphism is analyzed with PCR. Results : ACTN3 genotype frequency of Hart ordinary group is RR 34.44%, RX 50%, XX 15.56%. It is shown to be in Hardy - Weinberg equilibrium ( X2 = 0. 1232, P = 0. 7256), which indicates that the selected group is representative. ACTN3 genotype frequency of weightlifters is RR 26.09%, RX 65.22%, and XX 8.7%. ACTN3 genotype fre- quency of divers is RR 34.48% , RX 55.17% , and XX 10.34%. ACTN3 genotype frequency of water polo players is RR 45.95% , RX 32.4% and XX 21.62% (P 〈0.05). The XX genotype frequency of talent athletes in weightlifters, divers and water polo players is 0%, 4.55% and 11.11% respectively. It suggests that the presence or absence of ACTN3 is related to the development of different athletic skills. Conclusion: An analysis of ACTN3 polymorphism may be helpful for the selection and cultivation of Chinese talent athletes.
