以我国生物制药类50家上市公司为样本，对我国生物制药行业的年度审计费用的影响因素进行了实证分析。实证结果发现，影响我国生物制药行业年度审计费用的主要因素是上市公司规模、注册地为经济发达地区、资产负债率，其中最关键的影响因素是上市公司规模。而独立董事人数则对年度审计费用无显著影响。
以我國生物製藥類50傢上市公司為樣本，對我國生物製藥行業的年度審計費用的影響因素進行瞭實證分析。實證結果髮現，影響我國生物製藥行業年度審計費用的主要因素是上市公司規模、註冊地為經濟髮達地區、資產負債率，其中最關鍵的影響因素是上市公司規模。而獨立董事人數則對年度審計費用無顯著影響。

In this paper, We carried out an empirical analysis of factors affecting audit fees based on the sample of 50 listed companies on China＇s biopharmaceutical industry. Empirical results found that a major factor in the annual audit fees is the size of listed companies, place of registration for the economically developed regions, asset-liability ratio, the most critical factor is the size of listed companies. The number of independent directors on the annual audit costs while no significant effect.
