供应链物流系统是供应链成功与否最关键也是最难实现的因素之一.文章以和谐管理理论为基础,构建了一套供应链物流系统和谐性诊断要素体系并给出释义;把柯西型隶属度函数、改进的层次分析法分别用于完全不和谐矩阵和不和谐度、受制约度的计算;提出了一种多层次和谐分析工具,即D—C层次立体空间.这些方法有助于快捷找出不和谐的关键所在,为及时采取改进措施提升和谐度提供了依据.实证结果也验证了文章中提出的要素体系及方法用于供应链物流系统和谐性诊断的合理性和科学性.

With respect to the success of supply chain, supply chain logistics system is a key factor and also the one hard to be realized. Based on the harmonious management theory, this article constructed a set of factors-system for harmony diagnose of supply chain logistics system, with which interpretation is given. It also calculated the absolute disharmony matrix with membership function of Cauchy type, as well as the disharmony degree, condition degree with improved analytic hierarchy process. Moreover, this paper put forward a kind of multi-level harmonious analysis tool, namely Stereo-Space of D-C Level. These methods are helpful to find the crucial point of disharmony rapidly, which provides basis for adopting improved measures to promote the harmony degree in time. Asproved by empirical results, the factors-system and methods mentioned above posses rationality and scientificalness when applied in harmony diagnose of supply chain logistics system.
