运用文献资料法，概述职业体育的劳资关系，从利益目标和劳资冲突视角分析职业体育劳资关系的发展及理论基础。引入关系资本理论，从关系契约视角分析关系资本的形成，构建了关系资本对职业体育劳资关系的作用模型，然后从促进职业体育劳资双方良好的合作、降低职业体育劳资关系的管理成本和交易成本两方面展开分析。最后从宏观层面和微观层面提出我国职业体育劳资双方关系资本培育和构建的对策与途径。

By means of literature review, the labor relations of professional sports have been overviewed, and from the perspective of target of interests and labor conflict, the development of labor relations of professional sports and its theoretic basis have been analyzed in the study. This study has introduced the theory of relational capital, analyzed the formation of relational capital from the perspective of relational contract,and constructed the role model of relational capital as to the labor relations of professional sports. And then, the two aspects of promoting good cooperation between employers and employees in the labor relations of professional sports and reducing management costs and transaction costs of labor relations in professional sports. Finally, from macroscopic and microscopic aspects, some measures and means of cultivating and establishing relational capital in the labor relations of professional sports are proposed.
