全纳教育是当今重要的国际性教育思想。文章分析了我国全纳教育的现状，指出我国对全纳教育理解有差异，全纳教育质量不高，全纳教育支持系统不完善；并提出宣传全纳教育理念，借鉴国外先进经验，完善全纳教育支持系统等相应对策。

Inclusive education is an important thought in the international education arena. The essay firstly gives an analysis to the present status of inclusive education in China, and then pointes out a number of problems in Chinese inclusive education practice： namely, the different understandings to inclusive education, the undesirable qualities of inclusive education, and inadequate supporting system of inclusive education. In the light of the above-mentioned problems, a number of countermeasures have been proposed： publicity to inclusive education must be promoted, drawing on international T references, building-up of the legal supporting system,obtaining support from people in all walks of life ,and provision of high quality teaching support.
