采用问卷调查等研究方法对江苏省普通高校体教结合模式进行研究，认为：现行模式分为“省队校办”模式和“混合型”模式两种，“混合型”包括“一般混合型”和“强力混合型”，“一般混合型”模式将是高校继续坚持和完善的模式；体教结合模式下各个层面对体教结合的目标定位不同，缺乏有效的管理体制和运行机制；项目的布局与设置有待优化，地区的分布不均衡，部分传统优势项目开展少；应规范招生程序，防止各高校争抢生源；应创新管理模式，缓解学训矛盾，加强运动员就业服务保障。

The general mixed - type model will be continue to adhere to and improve in colleges and universities ; With the model of combining physical with education, which all levels have different combination of targeting, the lack of effective management system and operation mechanism; the project layout and settings to be optimized, the uneven distribution of the region, carry out small projects some of the traditional advantages of Jiangsu province; So, suggestion is that the standard recruitment of students procedure, prevent competition for new students of various colleges and universities, which should be innovative management models to alleviate the contradiction between learning and training, enhance employment services protection to athletes.
