长时间以来，我国的农村美术教育受传统观念禁锢，教学管理意识薄弱，师资力量不足，教学设备落后，直接影响到国民素质的提高和社会经济的健康发展。为此，我国必须通过重塑农村美术教育新观念，加强硬件投入，加大美术师资力量培养与革新美术教育手段来走出困境，为当今创新型人才培养服务。
長時間以來，我國的農村美術教育受傳統觀唸禁錮，教學管理意識薄弱，師資力量不足，教學設備落後，直接影響到國民素質的提高和社會經濟的健康髮展。為此，我國必鬚通過重塑農村美術教育新觀唸，加彊硬件投入，加大美術師資力量培養與革新美術教育手段來走齣睏境，為噹今創新型人纔培養服務。
장시간이래，아국적농촌미술교육수전통관념금고，교학관리의식박약，사자역량불족，교학설비락후，직접영향도국민소질적제고화사회경제적건강발전。위차，아국필수통과중소농촌미술교육신관념，가강경건투입，가대미술사자역량배양여혁신미술교육수단래주출곤경，위당금창신형인재배양복무。
The art education in rural areas has long been absent or backward due to fettered traditional concepts, weak consciousness in teaching management, lack of qualified teachers and poor teaching equipments, which will greatly affect national qualities and sound economic development of our country. Therefore, reshaping new art education concepts, enhancing the investment of art teaching equipments, fostering training art teachers and innovating the art teaching methods should all be done to break away from the current predicament of rural art education and to serve the cultivation of innovative talents.
