依据个体投入指标、发展前景指标、国家配置指标、市场配置指标对30个具有典型性的体育项目进行分类和比较研究，最后按照各指标聚类为8个主要的类别，并形成从最优到最差的几种不同层次的组合。最优组合在国家和市场两个主要资源配置方式上都有垄断性的优势，最差组合则成为国家与市场不能顾及的弱势“群”。而这种局面的形成，与社会转型以来个体福利配置方式的变化有关，也体现了中国社会转型这一过程的独特性。出于项目均衡发展和运动员福利改善的考虑，应该依据项目所处的群与层次状况，相应地实现国家政策的倾斜，以弥补市场化不足给运动员职业甚至整个生命历程的不良影响。

Based on the four indicators, individual input, development prospect, national/planed allocation, and market allocation, this paper classifies 30 typical sport items into eight clustering groups and analyzes the relations between them. As a result of the reformation and innovation of sports system, which is now still an important part of the whole China＇s social transformation, the optimal combination possesses monopolistic advantages while the worst becomes a neglected field by the state and market. In order to balance the developing of items and amend the welfare level of athletes, the relevant governmental agencies ought to carry out preferential policies to the neglected items on the basis of different groups and levels differentiation to make up the adverse effect of the lack of marketization.
