中国企业在跨国发展中应该“如何走出去”、“走到哪里”，是研究者和实践者共同关注的问题。本文从顺梯度和逆梯度FDI的对比分析和相关理论阐述中．剖析了中国企业在海外投资流向上的“难”与“易”问题的实质和两者之间的时空关系．进而提出综合了现行的“先难后易”和“先易后难”两种路径选择的一种新型的跨国企业FDI模式．即“差异化的同时并进”模式。在引入“卓越中心”概念来界定新FDI模式的内涵后．具体从四个方面对其独特性进行了阐释。

Scholars and practitioners both pay more and more attentions on the issue how Chinese enterprises invest overseas, and, especially, where they target to invest. Based on the comparison between pathwise FDI and inverse FDI explored in the extant literature, this article abstracts the essence in the path selection of Chinese enterprises＇ FDI targeting ＂difficult＂ or ＂easy＂ areas, and describes the underlying spatial-temporal relations. A new FDI mode termed as ＂simultaneous differentiated FDI＂ is proposed, which synthesizes the existing modes of ＂difficulty areas in early stage, easy areas in later stage＂ and ＂easy areas in early stage, difficulty areas in later stage＂. After introducing the concept of ＂center of excellence＂ to define the new FDI mode, this article illustrates its features from four aspects in end.
