针对我国高职教育人才培养中普遍存在的问题，邢台职业技术学院转变思路，以实践性、开放性、职业性为原则，以工学结合为切入点进行人才培养模式改革，包括以培养学生的综合职业能力为目标，按照工作系统的要求设计学习系统，形成以工作过程为导向的课程体系等，取得明显的效果。

Analyzing the problems in the personnel cultivation mode of higher vocational education, Xingtai Polytechnic College changed its former thought on cultivation, and implemented the reform of the personnel cultivation mode. Following the principle of practicality, openness and profession, Xingtai Polytechnic College took work-integrated learning as the breakthrough point, and established the new cultivation mode, which involves building the object to develop the students＇ comprehensive professional ability, designing the learning system according to work system, and constructing the courses program oriented by working flow. Practice has shown the adopted personnel cultivation mode is significant.
