文章基于中国30个省市1979—2008年的面板数据，通过引入邻省发展水平及其细分变量，实证分析了中国区际增长溢出效应的差异性以及区域经济运行空间的分割问题。结果发现：全国及分区域的样本范围内都存在溢出效应；相邻的东部地区与中部地区之间形成了一种单向溢出效应，即与东部相邻的中部地区的经济发展对东部地区的经济增长产生了溢出效应而不是相反；相邻的中部地区和西部地区之间形成了一种良性的双向互动格局；我国目前的区域经济运行形成了以东部地区外向型和中西部地区内向型为主要类型的两种经济运行系统，且这两种经济运行系统之间缺乏互动性，形成了相互分割的两种经济运行空间，这是影响我国区域经济协调发展的根本原因。

By constructing an indicator of the development level of neighboring provinces and its subdivision variables, the paper empirically analyzes the differences of spillover effect of regional economic growth and the segmentation of operating space of regional economy based on the panel data of Chinese 30 provinces from 1978 to 2008. It shows that there exists positive spillover effect at the national level as well as the regional level. A unidirectional spillover effect is formed between the neighboring eastern areas and central areas, that is to say, the economic growth of the central areas has a positive spillover effect on the one of the eastern areas. A benign bi-directional interactive spillover effect is formed between the neighboring central areas and western areas. Two economic operating systems make up Chinese regional economy, namely export-oriented economy in eastern areas and internal-oriented in central and western areas, but these two economic operating system lacks the interaction, leading to the segmentation of economic operating space. That is the key reason for affecting the harmonious develop ment of regional economy in China.
