产业结构在整个国民经济结构中居于主导地位，其变动对经济增长有着重要影响，产业结构的调整与优化升级始终是经济发展的主题之一。推动中国西南-东南亚产业带产业结构调整，加速产业结构的优化升级，促进产业带经济的全面发展，必须采取一系列新的策略：以市场为导向的产业结构调整；加快区域协调机制建设；走新型工业化道路；构建外向型产业带等。

Industrial structure occupies a very important position in promoting the economic development of the whole country, which is decisive to economic sustainable growth. The upgrading of industrial structure is always the theme of economic development. In order to promote the industrial structure in the industrial belt of Southwest China-Southeast Asia, accelerate the upgrading of industrial structure and economic development, we should take market-oriented as center, intensify the regional cooperation mechanism, and establish new industries and export-oriented enterprises.
