我国企业在经济转型时期所引发诸多社会问题，激发了国内学术界与企业界对于企业社会责任探讨的浓厚兴趣。文章总结了国外企业社会责任的研究历程，包括学者的论战、概念的界定、不同学科视野和相关衍生理论及实践研究，并对当前国外企业社会责任研究的前沿问题与研究趋势进行了展望。
我國企業在經濟轉型時期所引髮諸多社會問題，激髮瞭國內學術界與企業界對于企業社會責任探討的濃厚興趣。文章總結瞭國外企業社會責任的研究歷程，包括學者的論戰、概唸的界定、不同學科視野和相關衍生理論及實踐研究，併對噹前國外企業社會責任研究的前沿問題與研究趨勢進行瞭展望。

Many society problems occur during the economic transition period in our country. For this reason, investigators in academe and enterprise are paying attentions to research corporate social responsibility. This paper summarize the studying course about corporate social responsibility, and debating of scholastic, and explaining notion, and different visual field to research, and correlation theory derived from corporate social responsibility, and practice researching in foreign countries. And then it summarizes the situation and researching tendency about corporate social responsibility abroad.
