通过分析目前西部中小机场可选择的融资方式及其优缺点、适用条件，探讨了内外部环境对西部中小机场融资决策的影响，建议西部中小机场应充分利用国家目前积极的财政政策和宽松的货币政策，结合自身实际情况，制定融资方案，并提出了西部中小机场融资方案的制定路径。

This paper analyzes of the optional financing modes that applying for the western medium-small airport infrastructure project, their strengths and weaknesses, applicable Conditions. We explore the influence of the internal and external environments on the impact of the western medium-small airports financing decision. We suggest that the western medium-small airports should make full use of currently active fiscal policy and loose monetary policy, and the western medium-small airports should combine with their own actual situation to develop financing options. At last, we propose the path of financing modes for the western medium-small airport infrastructure project.
