采用文献资料法和访谈法，结合职业体育劳资关系理论和职业体育联盟理论，从职业体育劳资关系及其特性、职业体育联盟与球员工会的关系、我国职业体育存在问题与球员工会的关系等三个方面对我国发展球员工会的必然性进行了剖析，并对我国球员工会发展的内外环境两方面的条件构建进行了前瞻性论述，以期对我国球员工会的建设提供理论依据。

Literature review, interview and theories about professional sports labor- pay relationship and professional sports leagues are employed in this paper to analyze the necessity to develop a labor union for players from the three aspects of professional labor- pay relationship and character, the relationship between professional sports leagues and the labor union for players and the relationship between problems in Chinese professional sports and the labor union for players. Meanwhile conditions to construct the interior and exterior environment for the development of the labor union for players are discussed in the hope of providing theoretical reference for China to construct the labor union for players.
