为了研究模拟低住高练对优秀男子手球运动员免疫机能的影响。系统观察了7名男子手球运动员(Lo-Hi组)三周模拟低住高练(海拔2 500 m)免疫机能的变化,并与6名低住低练运动员(Lo-Lo组)进行比较分析。结果发现:1)三周的模拟低住高练对白细胞总数、粒细胞计数、单核细胞计数及其比例、淋巴细胞计数及其比例s、IgAI、L-2、sIL-2R没有显著性影响;2)除去常规训练,仅每周4次、每次60 min模拟低氧环境条件下的中等强度的有氧训练对白细胞总数及其三分类的计数、单核细胞比例、sIgAI、L-2s、IL-2R没有显著影响;3)模拟低住高练开始后第16 d运动员血清免疫抑制物的含量显著减少,此后运动员持续进行模拟低住高练,在第21 d其血清免疫抑制物的含量明显增加。表明:三周模拟低住高练(海拔2 500 m)期间机体免疫机能没有明显下降。除去常规训练,模拟低氧环境条件下中等强度的有氧训练可以明显缓解运动员血清对正常小鼠淋巴细胞转化的抑制作用。
為瞭研究模擬低住高練對優秀男子手毬運動員免疫機能的影響。繫統觀察瞭7名男子手毬運動員(Lo-Hi組)三週模擬低住高練(海拔2 500 m)免疫機能的變化,併與6名低住低練運動員(Lo-Lo組)進行比較分析。結果髮現:1)三週的模擬低住高練對白細胞總數、粒細胞計數、單覈細胞計數及其比例、淋巴細胞計數及其比例s、IgAI、L-2、sIL-2R沒有顯著性影響;2)除去常規訓練,僅每週4次、每次60 min模擬低氧環境條件下的中等彊度的有氧訓練對白細胞總數及其三分類的計數、單覈細胞比例、sIgAI、L-2s、IL-2R沒有顯著影響;3)模擬低住高練開始後第16 d運動員血清免疫抑製物的含量顯著減少,此後運動員持續進行模擬低住高練,在第21 d其血清免疫抑製物的含量明顯增加。錶明:三週模擬低住高練(海拔2 500 m)期間機體免疫機能沒有明顯下降。除去常規訓練,模擬低氧環境條件下中等彊度的有氧訓練可以明顯緩解運動員血清對正常小鼠淋巴細胞轉化的抑製作用。
위료연구모의저주고련대우수남자수구운동원면역궤능적영향。계통관찰료7명남자수구운동원(Lo-Hi조)삼주모의저주고련(해발2 500 m)면역궤능적변화,병여6명저주저련운동원(Lo-Lo조)진행비교분석。결과발현:1)삼주적모의저주고련대백세포총수、립세포계수、단핵세포계수급기비례、림파세포계수급기비례s、IgAI、L-2、sIL-2R몰유현저성영향;2)제거상규훈련,부매주4차、매차60 min모의저양배경조건하적중등강도적유양훈련대백세포총수급기삼분류적계수、단핵세포비례、sIgAI、L-2s、IL-2R몰유현저영향;3)모의저주고련개시후제16 d운동원혈청면역억제물적함량현저감소,차후운동원지속진행모의저주고련,재제21 d기혈청면역억제물적함량명현증가。표명:삼주모의저주고련(해발2 500 m)기간궤체면역궤능몰유명현하강。제거상규훈련,모의저양배경조건하중등강도적유양훈련가이명현완해운동원혈청대정상소서림파세포전화적억제작용。
To investigate the influence of simulated living low-training high on the immune function in elite men handball players.Methods: Immunological parameters are measured both on subjects of Lo-Hi group and Lo-Lo group and then compared with each other.Results: Simulated Lo-Hi training does not obviously affect the count of total blood leukocytes and granulocytes,the count and percentage of monocytes and lymphocytes,the content of sIgA,serum IL-2 and sIL-2R.Only aerobic training of 4 times/week,60min/time lasting for 3 weeks with moderate intensity in simulated hypoxic atmosphere do not have obvious influence on the count of total blood leukocytes,granulocytes,monocytes and lymphocytes,the percentage of monocytes,the content of sIgA,serum IL-2 and sIL-2R with the exception of routine exercise training.Simulated Lo-Hi training obviously decreases serum ISF on the 16th day and then increases on the 21st day.Conclusions: Simulated living low-training high which reaches a plateau at an elevation of 2 500 m do not reduce the immunological function on men handball players.Aerobic exercise with moderate intensity in simulated hypoxic atmosphere can buffer the suppressive effect of players' serum on normal lymphocyte transformation rate in mice with the exception of routine exercise training.
