中国未来国际角色定位是要成为负责任的大国,这种新的国际角色客观上引发了竞技体育国际角色的转换,同时对竞技体育未来发展的理念、目标和方式带来了深刻的影响。在这种背景下,要实现胡锦涛总书记提出的由体育大国向体育强国转变的战略目标,指出竞技体育发展战略思路应该为继续保持并提高竞技体育水平、协调发展竞技体育与群众体育、推进体育产业发展、追赶科技创新、加快融入国际体育社会和世界体育体系、建立全面协调可持续发展的竞技体育体制机制。

In the future,the international role of China will become a responsible great state.This kind of new international role has initiated competitive sports international role transformation objectively.Simultaneously,it will bring the profound influence on the idea,goal and way to competitive sports in the future.In this situation,in order to realize the strategic which is proposed by General Secretary Hu Jintao,this paper points out that competitive sports development strategy mentality should continue to maintain and raise competitive sports level,coordinate development of competitive sports and mass sports,advance sports industrial development,pursue scientific innovation,participate international sports society and world sports system,and establish a comprehensively coordinated the sustainable development competition sports system mechanism.
