目的:考察锻炼效果认知与锻炼行为阶段变化的关系。方法:采用锻炼行为阶段量表和锻炼效果自评量表等工具对587名知识分子进行了问卷调查,通过单因素方差分析比较了处于不同锻炼行为阶段的人群之间在健康状况和锻炼效果认知评价等方面的差异。结果:不同锻炼行为阶段的锻炼者健康状况自评得分的差异具有显著性(P〈0.001),不同锻炼行为阶段的锻炼者对自己参加体育锻炼获得的效果自评总分上的差异非常显著(P〈0.001)。结论:1)随着锻炼行为阶段向前发展(前意向→意向→行动→坚持),健康状况呈现持续变好的趋势。2)随着锻炼行为阶段向前发展,个体在乐趣、健康、能力、外貌和社交5个方面的体育锻炼效果认知评价越来越好;提高个体对体育锻炼效果的认知有利于个体坚持锻炼。3)个体刚开始参加体育锻炼时最容易认知到的是锻炼的健康效果;娱乐效果在长期的体育锻炼参与后才能有更深刻的体验。
目的:攷察鍛煉效果認知與鍛煉行為階段變化的關繫。方法:採用鍛煉行為階段量錶和鍛煉效果自評量錶等工具對587名知識分子進行瞭問捲調查,通過單因素方差分析比較瞭處于不同鍛煉行為階段的人群之間在健康狀況和鍛煉效果認知評價等方麵的差異。結果:不同鍛煉行為階段的鍛煉者健康狀況自評得分的差異具有顯著性(P〈0.001),不同鍛煉行為階段的鍛煉者對自己參加體育鍛煉穫得的效果自評總分上的差異非常顯著(P〈0.001)。結論:1)隨著鍛煉行為階段嚮前髮展(前意嚮→意嚮→行動→堅持),健康狀況呈現持續變好的趨勢。2)隨著鍛煉行為階段嚮前髮展,箇體在樂趣、健康、能力、外貌和社交5箇方麵的體育鍛煉效果認知評價越來越好;提高箇體對體育鍛煉效果的認知有利于箇體堅持鍛煉。3)箇體剛開始參加體育鍛煉時最容易認知到的是鍛煉的健康效果;娛樂效果在長期的體育鍛煉參與後纔能有更深刻的體驗。
목적:고찰단련효과인지여단련행위계단변화적관계。방법:채용단련행위계단량표화단련효과자평량표등공구대587명지식분자진행료문권조사,통과단인소방차분석비교료처우불동단련행위계단적인군지간재건강상황화단련효과인지평개등방면적차이。결과:불동단련행위계단적단련자건강상황자평득분적차이구유현저성(P〈0.001),불동단련행위계단적단련자대자기삼가체육단련획득적효과자평총분상적차이비상현저(P〈0.001)。결론:1)수착단련행위계단향전발전(전의향→의향→행동→견지),건강상황정현지속변호적추세。2)수착단련행위계단향전발전,개체재악취、건강、능력、외모화사교5개방면적체육단련효과인지평개월래월호;제고개체대체육단련효과적인지유리우개체견지단련。3)개체강개시삼가체육단련시최용역인지도적시단련적건강효과;오악효과재장기적체육단련삼여후재능유경심각적체험。
Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between perceived exercise effects and periodic behavior changes of exercise. Method: 587 intellectuals were surveyed through questionnaire and by using the exercise behavior stage scale and the self-evaluation scale of exercise effects. The differences in health conditions and perceived exercise effects of subjects during different exercise stages were compared by means of one-way ANOV_A. Results: there is significant difference in the exer- cisers' self-evaluation of their health conditions at different exercise behavior stages (P〈0. 001). Conclusion: 1)Their health conditions increase with progress of exercise behaviors stages (pre-intention-intention-action-persistence). 2)With the exercise behavior stage progressing,the evaluation in perceived exercise effects of individuals is becoming better in aspects of enjoyment, fitness, competence, appearance, and social activities, and this improved awareness is beneficial for individuals to persist in sports exercises. 3) Fitness effect is usually easy to perceive in the beginning stage of participating exercises, while perceived enjoyment effect can only be shown after a long period of sports exercise.
