本文以档案材料和统计数字为依据,简述了西藏现代教育创建的历史背景,重点分析和阐述西藏现代教育创建、初步发展、曲折前进、调整巩固稳步发展和快速健康协调发展五个阶段的发展道路,从四个方面概括总结了半个世纪以来西藏现代教育不断取得成功的基本经验。
本文以檔案材料和統計數字為依據,簡述瞭西藏現代教育創建的歷史揹景,重點分析和闡述西藏現代教育創建、初步髮展、麯摺前進、調整鞏固穩步髮展和快速健康協調髮展五箇階段的髮展道路,從四箇方麵概括總結瞭半箇世紀以來西藏現代教育不斷取得成功的基本經驗。

This paper,based on archive documents and statistics,makes a brief introduction of the historical background of modern education in Tibet.It focuses on analyzing and expounding the five stages in the development of modern education in Tibet,which are 1) start-up stage,2) preliminary development,3) tortuous development,4) readjustment and steady development and 5) rapid,healthy and harmonious development.It also summarizes the basic experience in making constant achievements of modern education in Tibet in the recent 50 years from four aspects.
