投资者保护是公司成长、证券市场发展乃至经济增长的源泉，因而有关投资者保护的研究伴随着法和金融学的兴起而蓬勃发展。作为一个关键变量，如何测量投资者保护成为大量相关研究亟待解决的难题，也是推进我国投资者保护事业的关键任务。本文从国家、地区和上市公司三个层面，对投资者保护测量的研究文献进行综述，尤其探讨了国内投资者保护的研究进展，认为从公司内、外两个维度考察投资者保护的研究值得关注。

As the source of company growth, stock market development and even economic growth, investor protection has been the hot point of international studies, especially following the growth of law and finance school. Becoming the key variable, the measurement of investor protection is vital to and difficult for lots of problems to explore. Based on triple-level （countries, regions, and companies） to analyze, classic researches and very recent works towards investor protection measurement are discussed in this literature review, in which studies conducted by domestic scholars are analyzed specifically. It＇ s found that investigation both from inside and outside aspects of listed companies simultaneously is deserved to be focused on.
