主要采用文献资料法和逻辑推理法,总结和分析前人从人体的重心,脊柱,人体的腰椎、骨盆和髋关节联合的周围与重心位置的关系,整体肌群与局部肌群的关系四个角度对核心力量的定义进行研究。在此基础上,以人体的核心部位与非核心部位之间的关系为视角,提出了核心力量的新见解。最后,总结和分析了前人的解剖学,生理学,神经学,生物力学四个领域对核心力量的作用机制。

By methods of literature review and logical analysis,the paper has studied the definition of core strength which is carried out by predecessors from the body＇s gravity center,the spine,the relations among the lumbar spine and the pelvis and the hip joint position and the gravity center,the relationship between the overall muscle groups and local muscle groups.On the basis of their perspective,it proposes new definition of core strength from the relation between the parts of core body and the parts of non-core body.Finally,it has studied the mechanism of core strength carried out by predecessors from anatomy,physiology,neurology and bio-mechanism.
