本研究针对2008年5月至8月苏州、吴江、南京（某区）三个不同类型城市所展开的“善治政府绩效评估指标体系”与“指标权重设立”的问卷调查分析，发现三个城市的科级公务员反馈的某些评价指标权重建议值与当地政府实际行为有较高关联，一些权重值偏高且集中，三城市指标权重之间亦有差异，结合访谈印证，可从较高的权重项中看出各市政府管理的弱项及未来应整改的绩效目标。
本研究針對2008年5月至8月囌州、吳江、南京（某區）三箇不同類型城市所展開的“善治政府績效評估指標體繫”與“指標權重設立”的問捲調查分析，髮現三箇城市的科級公務員反饋的某些評價指標權重建議值與噹地政府實際行為有較高關聯，一些權重值偏高且集中，三城市指標權重之間亦有差異，結閤訪談印證，可從較高的權重項中看齣各市政府管理的弱項及未來應整改的績效目標。
본연구침대2008년5월지8월소주、오강、남경（모구）삼개불동류형성시소전개적“선치정부적효평고지표체계”여“지표권중설립”적문권조사분석，발현삼개성시적과급공무원반궤적모사평개지표권중건의치여당지정부실제행위유교고관련，일사권중치편고차집중，삼성시지표권중지간역유차이，결합방담인증，가종교고적권중항중간출각시정부관리적약항급미래응정개적적효목표。
In this essay,we discussed about the Index System for Government Performance Measurement in the sight of Good Govern- ance, and put in practice in questionnaire survey from May to August of 2008 in three cities - - Suzhou, Wujiang and Nan- jing. Civil servants at sectional level in those cities have been given the Questionnaires. And the survey result demonstrates that some indexes weights are high and focus on the same aspects of local government practices, and different cities have dif- ferent index weights. Based on this result, we can analyze the weakness in current government management and find out the target which should be paid high attention in the future.
