篮球意识的形成是与运动训练中诸多因素相关连的。它需要篮球运动员在各种细微的训练环节中不间断地渗透熏陶，由少到多的逐步积累和形成。因此，我们的运动训练也需要一个系统的、科学的过程。通过历时两年之久的语言跟踪指示法，在平时训练和比赛中指导运动员临场篮球意识的提高，起到了积极有效的作用。使受训者在篮球技术运用意识方面和篮球战术配合意识方面提高幅度较快。通过：传球、投篮、由攻转守、快攻跟进，空切到底五个方面进行了测试、统计、语言指令和论述。

The formation of basketball awareness is related to many factors that appear in the sports training. It needs the bas- ketball players to pay attention to every aspect of training details constantly till they obtain the essence of the method. Basket- ball awareness can be formed and accumulated gradually. So our sports training also need a systematic and scientific process. It took more than two years to put the method of tracking language instruction into daily training and competition which has an efficient and active effect to improve the players＇basketball awareness on the spot. It makes trainers have a rapid improvement in the aspect of application of basketball technology and the corporation of basketball tactic. Testing, statistics, language in- struction and discussion in this paper are by aspects of pass, shooting, transition and fast break.
