经济全球化已成为当今时代的一大趋势，本文试图以这一趋势为背景，对当前中美在经济领域中的合作与存在的一些问题，以及在将来如何进一步建构中美之间的经贸关系进行粗浅的探析。中美之间经济关系的发展经历了冷战期间与冷战后两个阶段，其间存在着一些协调与不协调因素，但总体上来说，中美之间的经济关系获得了巨大的发展，其发展的潜力有待于进一步的拓展与加深。对于中美之间经济关系所存在的一些问题，已通过中美战略经济对话的展开而得到了比较有效的解决。展望中美经济关系发展的前景，我们势必会看到中美经贸关系仍将在克服障碍中蓬勃地向前发展，并继续为中美关系提供强大的动力。

Economic globalization has become a major trend in time , this article attempts to analyse the cooperation and rome existed issues in the current economic fields between Sino - US , and how to further construct the trade relations between Sino - US in the future under the current major trend . The development of e- conomic relations between Sino - US has experienced two stages of cold war and post cold war period , there are some harmonious and unharmonious factors during the two stages, but generally speaking, the economic relations between Sino- US has acquired enormous development and the potential of development need to further expand and deepen. Some existed issues between the economic relations of Sino - US has been solved effectively through the Sino - US strategic economic dialogue. Viewing the development prospects between Sino- US economic relations , we will certainly see the Sino - US economic and trade relations will continue to flourish in overcoming obstacles , and continue to provide a strong power for Sino- US relations.
