从1989年至今，我国长江流域等防护林建设取得显著成效，长江、沿海、平原、珠江、太行等流域或地区森林覆盖率增加8．5-14．47个百分点，流域生态状况明显改观，带动了当地经济社会发展和农民增收，积累了工程建设经验。为增强工程发展源动力，要在规划布局、工程管理、科技含量、依法治林、政府目标责任制等方面强化对策与措施。

종1989년지금，아국장강류역등방호림건설취득현저성효，장강、연해、평원、주강、태행등류역혹지구삼림복개솔증가8．5-14．47개백분점，류역생태상황명현개관，대동료당지경제사회발전화농민증수，적루료공정건설경험。위증강공정발전원동력，요재규화포국、공정관리、과기함량、의법치림、정부목표책임제등방면강화대책여조시。
From 1989 to now, the shelterbelt construction in China＇s Yangtze River Basin has made remarkable achievements, and it brought a increase of forest coverage rate by 8.5-14.47 percentage points in the Yangtze River, coastal, plains, Pearl River, Taihang region and so on, the ecological status has improved remarkably, stimulated the development of local economy and society and the increase of farmers income, and accumulated experience in project construction. To enhance the source power of project development, it is necessary to strengthen countermeasures in the planning layout, project management, scientific and technological content, administering the forest by the law, the accountability of government targets and so on.
