本文通过对南非、前苏联、加拿大、美国、瑞士等五个多族群国家的语言使用情况的分析，表明：语言权利是族群确立合法地位的重要手段，无论是同化策略还是多元化策略，如果是靠外力的强迫去推行，则会遭到抵制甚至造成分离，而如果是建立在自愿、自由选择的基础上，则能够加强各族群之间的交融，维护国家的稳定和睦。
本文通過對南非、前囌聯、加拿大、美國、瑞士等五箇多族群國傢的語言使用情況的分析，錶明：語言權利是族群確立閤法地位的重要手段，無論是同化策略還是多元化策略，如果是靠外力的彊迫去推行，則會遭到牴製甚至造成分離，而如果是建立在自願、自由選擇的基礎上，則能夠加彊各族群之間的交融，維護國傢的穩定和睦。
본문통과대남비、전소련、가나대、미국、서사등오개다족군국가적어언사용정황적분석，표명：어언권리시족군학립합법지위적중요수단，무론시동화책략환시다원화책략，여과시고외력적강박거추행，칙회조도저제심지조성분리，이여과시건립재자원、자유선택적기출상，칙능구가강각족군지간적교융，유호국가적은정화목。
The paper analyzes the condition of language use in five countries such as south Africa, Ex-USSR,Canada,the United States and Swiss. It shows that language right is an important way to establish the lawful statuses of the ethnicities. If a nation wants to force the ethnicities into assimilation or pluralism by power,it will be boycotted and cause the separation. On the other hand,if a nation respects the wishes of each ethnicity and gives them free choice,it will benefit the nation stability.
