目的:探讨运动性血红蛋白低下时红细胞膜组分和功能变化的规律。对象与方法:将雄性SD大鼠60只,随机分为3组:对照组、跑台运动组、负重游泳组。经跑台或负重游泳训练后,将血红蛋白持续下降的大鼠纳入运动性血红蛋白低下组。取血,制备红细胞悬液,测定红细胞膜磷脂成分、带3蛋白含量、磷脂酰丝氨酸外翻率、阴离子转运功能、葡萄糖转运功能、钠钾ATP酶活性及变形能力。结果:与对照组比较,运动性血红蛋白低下组大鼠磷脂中脑磷脂和卵磷脂丢失较多(p〈0.01),带3蛋白含量显著升高。同时,磷脂酰丝氨酸外翻率、红细胞滤过分数显著上升(p〈0.01),阴离子转运功能、葡萄糖转运能力、钠钾ATP酶活性均显著下降(p〈0.05)。结论:长时间激烈运动通过影响红细胞膜组分和功能,导致红细胞损伤和老化,清除标记增多,膜流变性下降,变形能力减弱,造成红细胞溶血和/或清除增多,发生运动性血红蛋白低下。

목적:탐토운동성혈홍단백저하시홍세포막조분화공능변화적규률。대상여방법:장웅성SD대서60지,수궤분위3조:대조조、포태운동조、부중유영조。경포태혹부중유영훈련후,장혈홍단백지속하강적대서납입운동성혈홍단백저하조。취혈,제비홍세포현액,측정홍세포막린지성분、대3단백함량、린지선사안산외번솔、음리자전운공능、포도당전운공능、납갑ATP매활성급변형능력。결과:여대조조비교,운동성혈홍단백저하조대서린지중뇌린지화란린지주실교다(p〈0.01),대3단백함량현저승고。동시,린지선사안산외번솔、홍세포려과분수현저상승(p〈0.01),음리자전운공능、포도당전운능력、납갑ATP매활성균현저하강(p〈0.05)。결론:장시간격렬운동통과영향홍세포막조분화공능,도치홍세포손상화노화,청제표기증다,막류변성하강,변형능력감약,조성홍세포용혈화/혹청제증다,발생운동성혈홍단백저하。
The aim of this paper was to elucidate the alterations of red cell membrane that occur in rats following treadmill running or forced swimming.13 of 20 rats in treadmill training group and 10 of 20 rats in forced swimming group,whose Hb content decreased insistently,were subjected to sports hypochrosis group.The profile of phospholipids and band 3 protein of erythrocyte membrane were investigated,and the eversion rate of phosphatidylserine,transport function of band 3 protein,glucose transporter protein,and Na+,k+-ATPase activity,filtration index of red cell,were tested.Compared with control group,cephalin and lecitin of phospholipid profile in sports hypochrosis group decreased significantly,but band-3 protein increased significantly.On the other hand,the eversion rate of erythrocyte membrane phosphatidylserine and filtration index of red cell increased significantly,but band 3 protein anion transport function,glucose transporter glucose-transport function,Na+,k+-ATP activity decreased markedly.It is suggested that following inadaptable high intensity exercise,the content of membrane phospholipids are cut off,band 3 protein crosslinked, the function of membrane phospholipids and proteins weakened,which adversely influence erythrocyte deformability.As the result,red cell clearance increases and sports hypochrosis occurs.
