我国“三农”发展对农村金融依赖很大，但是我国农村金融发展还远未尽人意，存在农户贷款需求得不到满足、正规金融效率低、非正规金融受到抑制、借贷的非生产性要求过高、农业贷款所占比重过低、存款流向城市、农业保险缺失等问题。通过梳理我国的农村金融研究，建议学者在以下方面继续推进农村金融的研究：发展中小金融机构和资本市场、强化政策金融、建立多层次的农业保险、发展债券市场和各类期货市场及降低农业的金融信息不对称。

Chinese issue of the farmers, agriculture and countryside relies on rural finance materially, though the actuality of rural finance is far away than people＇s expectation. The main problems of rural finance exist in follow aspects： not meeting the farmers loan need, the inefficiency of normal finance, the restrained abnormal finance, too much loan of non - manufactural industry, too less loan of agriculture, deposit current to city and the lack of the agricultural insurance. This paper reviews the researches of the agricultural finance in china and recommends the further studies： develop the middle or small finance organization and capital market, strengthen policy finance, establish efficiency agricultural insurance, expand bond and futures market and reduce the asymmetric information in agricultural finance.
