分析了古籍修复工作中的知识构成，提出构建融合古籍修复档案管理和工作流管理的集成系统，并打造知识共享平台，从而在古籍修复工作中实现知识管理，以提高工作效率。

Since the implementation of Chinese Books Protection Project, ancient books restoration has developed rapidly. New restorers need to study and improve their skills. The good performance of knowledge management in knowledge--intensive work makes it possible and practical to apply the knowledge management in the ancient books restoration. This article analyses the knowledge composition in ancient books restoration. It then proposes an architecture of integrated system with archives and workflow man- agement for ancient books restoration, as well as a knowledge sharing platform which to be used to achieve the knowledge management in ancient books reparation, in order to improve work efficiency.
