黄河三角洲地区是典型的滨海湿地生态系统，也是环渤海经济圈的重要组成部分。采用条件价值评估法（CVM）在合理设计调查问卷的基础上，通过实地调研获取当地居民对黄河三角洲湿地生态服务的支付意愿。运用非参估计方法得到以下结果：黄河三角洲居民的平均支付意愿在121.3～200．22元／（户·年）之间，总支付意愿在7088．77～11700．86万元／年之间；被调查者的年龄、家庭收入水平、学历和户籍对支付意愿有显著影响。
黃河三角洲地區是典型的濱海濕地生態繫統，也是環渤海經濟圈的重要組成部分。採用條件價值評估法（CVM）在閤理設計調查問捲的基礎上，通過實地調研穫取噹地居民對黃河三角洲濕地生態服務的支付意願。運用非參估計方法得到以下結果：黃河三角洲居民的平均支付意願在121.3～200．22元／（戶·年）之間，總支付意願在7088．77～11700．86萬元／年之間；被調查者的年齡、傢庭收入水平、學歷和戶籍對支付意願有顯著影響。
황하삼각주지구시전형적빈해습지생태계통，야시배발해경제권적중요조성부분。채용조건개치평고법（CVM）재합리설계조사문권적기출상，통과실지조연획취당지거민대황하삼각주습지생태복무적지부의원。운용비삼고계방법득도이하결과：황하삼각주거민적평균지부의원재121.3～200．22원／（호·년）지간，총지부의원재7088．77～11700．86만원／년지간；피조사자적년령、가정수입수평、학력화호적대지부의원유현저영향。
The area of Huanghe Delta is a typical seashore wetland system, and it is also an important component part of Bohai Economic Ring. In terms of material production and environmental benefits, the Huanghe Delta wetland has made a significant contributions to the social and economic development. To measure the value of Huanghe Delta wetland ecosystem service scientifically and effectively, CVM （Contingent Valuation Method） is used to assess the economic valuation of Huanghe Delta Wetland. On the basis of reasonable questionnaire design, the authors got the WTP （willingness to pay ） of the local residents in the on-the-spot investigations. The statistical analysis concludes that Huanghe Delta residents＇ average WTP is from 121.3 to 200.22 yuan RMB per household every year, total WTP from 70.8877 million to 117.0086 million yuan RMB per year, and that the interviewee＇ s age, household income level, education and the household register have remarkable influence on their payment.
