香港作为一个典型的人多地少高度发展的城市，以土地多元集约利用理念和成功的实践实现了土地的高效集约利用和城市的可持续发展。通过香港城市土地多元集约利用的基本理念。结合九龙城社区的实践经验进行分析，最后探讨香港城市土地多元集约利用的动力机制．以期对香港城市的进一步发展提供依据，也为其他城市的土地集约利用提供参考。

With the speeding up of urbanization in China, intensive urban land use has become a crucial problem which needs to be solved. As a typical rapidly-developing city with more people and less land, Hong Kong has achieved effective and intensive land use and sustainable development with the basic principles of multiple intensive land use and successful practice. This paper mainly introduces the basic principles of multiple intensive land use in Hong Kong, then analyzes the practical experience of Kowloon Station, and finally discusses the driving forces of the multiple intensive land use in Hong Kong. The main purpose of this paper is to provide foundation for further development ofHong Kong and reference value for the intensive land use of other cities.
