中越边境地区上世纪80年代末两国关系得到改善以来，中国与越南毗邻村屯边民之间缔结的跨国婚姻数量呈快速上升的态势，越来越多的越南妇女嫁入到中国家庭。本文着力探讨中越边境跨国婚姻建立的基础，同时关注这些嫁入中国家庭并生育子女的越南妇女的处境。由于制度等各种条件限制，她们难以有正常的婚姻登记，最终沦为尴尬的“无国籍女人”，这对中越边境社会的稳定产生了一系列负面影响．
中越邊境地區上世紀80年代末兩國關繫得到改善以來，中國與越南毗鄰村屯邊民之間締結的跨國婚姻數量呈快速上升的態勢，越來越多的越南婦女嫁入到中國傢庭。本文著力探討中越邊境跨國婚姻建立的基礎，同時關註這些嫁入中國傢庭併生育子女的越南婦女的處境。由于製度等各種條件限製，她們難以有正常的婚姻登記，最終淪為尷尬的“無國籍女人”，這對中越邊境社會的穩定產生瞭一繫列負麵影響．

With the improvement of bilateral relations since late 1980＇ s, more and more People living on Sino - Vietam frontier region villages have concluded trans - national marriage relationship, and the situation of quantity amount is zooming, more and more Vietnamese women have marride into Chinese family. This text puts forth effort on discussing the established foundation of trans - national marriage in Sino - Vietam frontier , at the same time paying close attention to these Vietnamese women＇ s plight, who have marride into Chinese family and reared their children. Because of various limiting factors such as political institution , they are hard to have normal marriage registration, and they become embarrassed women of no nationality ultimate final, these produce a series of negative effect on stable social order in Sino - Vietam frontier region.
