目的比较不同产地款冬花中总黄酮和芦丁的含量差异。方法以紫外-可见分光光度法测定不同产地款冬花中总黄酮的含量,测定波长为510hm;用高效液相色谱法测定不同产地款冬花中芦丁的含量,流动相为乙腈-0.5%磷酸(v:v=20:80),柱温30℃,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为257nm。结果不同产地的药材含量差异较大。6个产地款冬花中,总黄酮和芦丁均以甘肃含量最高。结论不同产地款冬花中总黄酮和芦丁的含量存在一定差异,应注意产地对药材质量的影响。

Objective:To compare the contents of the total flavones and lutin in Tussilago farfara L.from six producing areas.Methods: UV-VIS speetrophotometry methods were used to determine the contents of the total flavones.And the absorbance was measured by visible spectrophotometry at the wavelength of 510nm;The contents of lutin were measured by the method of HPLC were separated on Phenomenex Luna C 18 column (4.6mm×250mm, 5um)using a mixture solution of CHCN-0.5%H3PO4(v:v=20:80)as mobile phase and detected by UV at a wavelength of 257nm.Results:In the six kinds of Flos farfara, those produced in Gansu contained the total flavones and lutin was more.Conclusion:The content of the total flavones and lutin in Tussilago farfara Lfrom various areas is different, and attention must be paid to the effects of producing areas on the quality of herbs.
