本文设计的数字信号源变换电路,是在方波信号源基础上的开发与应用,主要由串联检波电路、放大与输出电路组成.变换电路输入方波交流脉冲信号,经过串联检波电路,方波信号负峰值Vp-得到抑制、正峰值Vp+予以保留,得到两个直流脉冲(检波)信号,再经放大与输出电路放大,输出TTL、CMOS数字信号,可满足数字电路的测量、实验要求.
本文設計的數字信號源變換電路,是在方波信號源基礎上的開髮與應用,主要由串聯檢波電路、放大與輸齣電路組成.變換電路輸入方波交流脈遲信號,經過串聯檢波電路,方波信號負峰值Vp-得到抑製、正峰值Vp+予以保留,得到兩箇直流脈遲(檢波)信號,再經放大與輸齣電路放大,輸齣TTL、CMOS數字信號,可滿足數字電路的測量、實驗要求.
본문설계적수자신호원변환전로,시재방파신호원기출상적개발여응용,주요유천련검파전로、방대여수출전로조성.변환전로수입방파교류맥충신호,경과천련검파전로,방파신호부봉치Vp-득도억제、정봉치Vp+여이보류,득도량개직류맥충(검파)신호,재경방대여수출전로방대,수출TTL、CMOS수자신호,가만족수자전로적측량、실험요구.
This article design digital signal source converting circuit,which is developed and applied based on square wave signal source by series detection circuit,amplification and output circuit primarily.Converting circuit input square wave AC pulse signal,through series detector circuit,square-wave negative peak Vp-been contained and positive peak Vp+ been retained,get two DC pulse(detection) signal,and then through the amplification and output circuit amplify.The output TTL,CMOS digital signal,digital circuits to meet the measurement and the requirement of experiment.
