This article analyses the necessity and designing goal of constructing a high-performance network laboratory.It introduces the designing,construction and management of our university＇s network laboratory.Our laboratory is charged with lots of experiment of LAN and WAN,such as operating and configuring of high-performance switcher and router,using of firewall,wireless network,IPv6,VoIP,Frame-relay and network management,etc.And it is an important base of training of professional qualification authentication and teachers＇ science research yet.
