常熟电子信息制造业发展迅速，然而总体发展水平与其经济地位不符。通过对科技资源配置效率及电子信息制造业发展水平的代理指标进行相关性分析，研究二者之间的关系，得出人才、财政支持力度、产业结构与自主创新能力是影响常熟市电子信息制造业发展的主要因素。
常熟電子信息製造業髮展迅速，然而總體髮展水平與其經濟地位不符。通過對科技資源配置效率及電子信息製造業髮展水平的代理指標進行相關性分析，研究二者之間的關繫，得齣人纔、財政支持力度、產業結構與自主創新能力是影響常熟市電子信息製造業髮展的主要因素。
상숙전자신식제조업발전신속，연이총체발전수평여기경제지위불부。통과대과기자원배치효솔급전자신식제조업발전수평적대리지표진행상관성분석，연구이자지간적관계，득출인재、재정지지력도、산업결구여자주창신능력시영향상숙시전자신식제조업발전적주요인소。
Electronic information manufacturing industry has been rapidly developing in Changshu, but the overall level is not correspondent with status of Changshu. The paper makes correlative analysis to agent indexes of allocating efficiency of science and technology resource, as well as the development level of electronic information manufacturing industry , drawing the conclusion that talented people , financial support, industrial structure and the self-renovation capability are the main factors that influence the development of electronic information manufacturing industry in Changshu.
