以库拉索芦荟、中华芦荟和木立芦荟为实验材料，运用紫外光谱分析及薄层层析等方法，测定并比较了它们叶内蒽醌类次生代谢物的含量．结果表明：3种芦荟幼叶中芦荟素和芦荟大黄素含量均高于成熟叶，木立芦荟蒽醌类物质种类最多，其幼叶芦荟素和芦荟大黄素含量最高．

Anthraquinones content in Aloe veres L Aloe vera Lvar chinensis and A arborescens Miller leaves were studied by the methods of ultraviolet spectral analysis and TLC. The results showed that the kind of anthraquinones in A arboreseens Miller leaves is the most. Aloin and aloe-emodin content in the young leaves are always higher than the mature leaves, both mature leaves or young leaves of A arborescens Miller are also the highest in 3 Aloe leaves.
